Description of Services:
www.puritytest.in enables users to get various products tested for any adulteration or contamination (collectively, "Testing Services"). Upon placing an order, www.puritytest.in shall collect the sample, test the product and send a report to you (electronically or physically) and be entitled to its payment for the Services.
Your Account:
In consideration of your use of the Site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India. You also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site's registration form. In consideration of your use of the site, you will create a password and account designation upon completing the Website's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to

User Warranty and Representation:

Refunds and Cancellations:
www.puritytest.in hopes that you never have to cancel an order. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles. ORDER WHERE SAMPLE HAS NOT BEEN COLLECTED YET FOR TESTING: In case of such cancellations, no cash refund will be made; however, you will receive the paid amount in the form of credit which can be used on your next order anytime during the next 6 months. However, users who fail to use it in six months, such amount will be forfeited.
ORDER WHERE SAMPLE HAS BEEN COLLECTED FOR TESTING:
In case of such cancellations, no cash or credit refund will be made and full amount will be forfeited.
REPORT WAS DAMAGED WHEN RECEIVED:
We take utmost care while shipping to ensure that the report reaches you in a nice readable format. However, due to situations beyond our control, the reports delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace such reports under such circumstance. We would request you to let us know of the damage within 48 hours of receipt of order by sending an email on info@puritytest.in with the order ID and complaint details. We would send you a replacement report. No refunds will happen in these cases.
ERRONEOUS REPORT RECEIVED:
We are proud of the robustness of our quality process and the right report and analysis would reach the right person at the right place. However, given it’s a highly technical work, we cannot avoid human errors to an absolute zero. In case you receive reports that are different from the ones you ordered, we will send the right report to you right away. Please send us an email at info@puritytest.in with the order ID and complaint details. Either we will send you the right report in 2 weeks time or refund would be processed once we have verified your claim.
Exactness Not Guaranteed:
www.puritytest.in hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the testing analysis of the product as ordered by the user. Testing is a scientific and technical process where results can vary due to many reasons such as conditions of pressure and temperature at the time of sampling, product storage. Some of these conditions can change the characteristics of the product, thereby impacting and influencing the test results. The quality of any analysis, services, information, or other reports purchased or obtained by you through the Website may not meet your expectations. Please note that our reports and analysis are for consummation by the user and not to be used as evidence in police or court cases.
Intellectual Property Rights:

Pricing:
Prices for services and products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference. Prices, products and services may change at www.puritytest.in's discretion. Pricing on the service or product is as it shows, however due to any technical issue, typographical error or information received from our suppliers' prices of the product or service may vary. www.puritytest.in will try to be accurate, however if you come across any difference in pricing on our Website pre and post orders, we request you to contact us within 3 days of placing your order. www.puritytest.in shall then refund the difference amount within 10-15 business days of intimation. The mode of refund will be the same as at the time of placing the order or as specified in the refund policy. Cash on Sample Collection refunds will be done by Cheque. If www.puritytest.in comes across any such difference in pricing, it has all the rights to rectify the same or cancel the order.
Billing:
Prices mentioned are inclusive of the local taxes as shown in the order form. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. www.puritytest.in reserves the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.
Shipping:
Title and risk of loss for all reports ordered by you shall pass on to you upon www.puritytest.in's shipment to the shipping carrier. www.puritytest.in reserves the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.
Termination:

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions:

Mispricing:
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the many services offered in our catalogue may be mispriced. However, we verify prices as part of our quality procedures. If the correct price of a test is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you analysis. If the price of a test is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.
Promotions/Contests/Offers/Campaigns:
1) Discounts will be applied to the total value of the order excluding applicable taxes. Issuance or redemption of a voucher or coupon will apply to the total value of the qualifying order once all promotional discounts have been applied.
2) Only one credit note/gift coupon/coupon can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
3) Discount coupons - Discount coupons may from time to time be offered to account holders; such coupons may only be applied to purchases made through the account to which the discount coupon was offered and registered.

Refund Policy:
If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 07-10 working days.
