www.puritytest.in is India’s first product testing service which enables consumers, enterprises and governments to test the things they buy, produce and/or consume to check for any adulteration and contamination.

3. What kind of services can I expect from www.puritytest.in?

www.puritytest.in offers a variety of testing services for different products to check if things have been contaminated or adulterated. It tells consumers, enterprises and government that they are getting the product what they are buying. Most of these testing services are mentioned in the relevant section. However we have listed all the things we text otherwise our website may become too colossal. If you have a product which is not listed, that doesn’t mean we cannot test it. Please write to us or call us and we will be happy to assist.

4. How do you ensure that customers are not cheated?

www.puritytest.in conducts its tests at world class labs to make sure that its examination is backed by scientific data and analysis with little or no room for error. This helps the report to be unbiased and factually correct. However, please note that our reports and analysis are for consummation by the user and not to be used as evidence in police or court cases.

Payments

1. What kind of payment options do you provide?

www.puritytest.in offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can be rest assured that www.puritytest.in's trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

You may use Internet Banking and Cash on Sample collection to place your order. www.puritytest.in also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards.

2. Do you accept payment in multiple currencies?

No. Our services are available for India only and we only accept payment in Indian Rupees. For international credit/debit cards, if the service provider is able to accept them, we will still receive the payment in Indian Rupees.

3. Do you provide Cash on Sample Collection (CSC) option? Are there any charges for it?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on www.puritytest.in, you can opt for the Cash on Sample Collection (CSC) payment method instead. With CSC you can pay in cash at the time of sample collection for products to be tested at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. However, this may come at a minor additional cost of convenience charges

The maximum order value for a Cash on Sample Collection (CSC) payment is INR 50,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Any Vouchers or credit note cannot be used for CSC orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a CSC payment. Only Indian Rupees (INR) accepted.

4. How do I order using CSC option?

Add the item(s) to your order and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Sample Collection (CSC)".

Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to us or our partner at the time of sample collection of your order to complete the transaction.

5. Why is the CSC option not available for my order?

There are restrictions on CSC scheme of service delivery such as maximum order value can be INR 50,000. If you encounter any problems, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

6. How do you ensure the security of online payments?

Your online transaction on www.puritytest.in is secure as per the internet standards currently available.

All credit card and debit card payments on www.puritytest.in are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks or service providers. Many of these service providers now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

7. I am not being able to make a payment using my credit card. What should I do?

If you face issues pertaining to your credit card while shopping at www.puritytest.in, please check with your bank or financial institution to rule out errors on their behalf. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to call us on our helpline number or write to us at info@puritytest.in.

8. How do I know that my online transaction was successful?

All successful online transactions will receive a unique order number and a confirmation email. If you have not received any confirmation via email, please try placing your order again. If the transaction is unsuccessful, we will get in touch with you via email and/or phone, depending on your preferred choice of communication to help you with the transaction. Alternatively, please feel free to call our helpline. If you end up placing the same order multiple times, please notify us in 2 hours from first order placement and we will cancel all except one and refund your money as per our refund policy.

Shipping & Delivery

1. At which locations do you deliver the products?

We currently do sample collection and provide our services in Mumbai and our plan is to slowly cover most of India. If you are unsure if we will be able to service your order or not, please get in touch with us via email and/or phone and we will be happy to let you know.

2. Do I have to pay any shipping charges?

We offer various options to our customers to make our service as customised and friendly as possible. Users have the option of delivery of report electronically (via email or stored in the user account) or by physically by post. Given delivering by post will cost us, we will charge it to the customer. This will be made clear at the time of placing the order as per customer preference.

3. How much time do you take to deliver the test report and analysis?

Given testing of products is a science and it could take from a few days for common and easy tests to few months for testing complex products which may be tested in labs abroad. Once you have placed the order, we will send you a communication confirming time of sample collection and time required for product testing and analysis.

4. How do you ship your reports?

To ensure safety & integrity of your order, we ship all our reports only through the best of global courier cargo companies.

5. How can I track my order?

You will receive multiple communications from us throughout the product testing life cycle. When your order is registered, we send you an email along with a order tracking id and a link to track your order. You can use this link and track your order using your order id. Alternatively, you can go to our website www.puritytest.in and use the option 'Order Tracking and Reports' at the bottom rleft hand side to track your order.

6. What happens if I am not at home at the time of report delivery?

Our courier partners normally try to reach all our customers around 2-3 times to attempt a successful delivery.   • Get the report(s) redelivered to your address at an extra convenience charge. This will be charged by the courier company directly to the customer and www.puritytest.in will have no role to play.
  • Provide us an email address and we will send the report electronically without any extra cost.

Returns & Cancellations

1. Can I cancel my order?

The only way to place a cancellation request is through calling our helpline number. Please read our cancellation policy below:

www.puritytest.inhopes that you never have to cancel an order. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.

ORDER WHERE SAMPLE HAS NOT BEEN COLLECTED YET FOR TESTING: In case of such cancellations, no cash refund will be made; however, you will receive the paid amount in the form of credit which can be used on your next order anytime during the next 6 months. However, users who fail to use it in six months, such amount will be forfeited.

ORDER WHERE SAMPLE HAS BEEN COLLECTED FOR TESTING: In case of such cancellations, no cash or credit refund will be made and full amount will be forfeited.

REPORT WAS DAMAGED WHEN RECEIVED: We take utmost care while shipping to ensure that the report reaches you in a nice readable format. However, due to situations beyond our control, the reports delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace such reports under such circumstance. We would request you to let us know of the damage within 48 hours of receipt of order by sending an email on info@puritytest.in with the order ID and complaint details. We would send you a replacement report. No refunds will happen in these cases.

ERRONEOUS REPORT RECEIVED: We are proud of the robustness of our quality process and the right report and analysis would reach the right person at the right place. However, given it’s a highly technical work, we cannot avoid human errors to an absolute zero. In case you receive reports that are different from the ones you ordered, we will send the right report to you right away. Please send us an email at info@puritytest.in with the order ID and complaint details. Either we will send you the right report in 2 weeks time or refund would be processed once we have verified your claim.

Exactness Not Guaranteed:

www.puritytest.in hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the testing analysis of the product as ordered by the user. Testing is a scientific and technical process where results can vary due to many reasons such as conditions of pressure and temperature at the time of sampling, product storage. Some of these conditions can change the characteristics of the product, thereby impacting and influencing the test results. The quality of any analysis, services, information, or other reports purchased or obtained by you through the Website may not meet your expectations. Please note that our reports and analysis are for consummation by the user and not to be used as evidence in police or court cases.

2. What happens if you are not able to fulfil my order?

We do not generally accept orders which we cannot fulfil. On a rare occasion, should the condition arise because of unforeseen reasons, we will refund you in full.
